Getting privacy in the bathroom can be a challenge at times. Our bathroom has two doors, so the times I do remember to lock the door behind me I hear a jiggle on the door knob not too long after sitting down. I feel a sense of winning, knowing I remembered to lock the door. Not more than 5 seconds later a small little bathroom intruder busts in through the other door demanding me to hold them, to get them a snack or to play a game. Sometimes they will ask me if I am pooping or even will try to sit on my lap..
Privacy doesn't seem to apply for moms it seems. On the flipside, when I am out in public and I have to bring a child into the public restroom with me I have to negotiate so they don't open the stall door for the world to see me sitting on the toilet completely vulnerable.
